About the Role

Our aerospace client is seeking Structural Analysis Engineers – Levels 3,4 & 5 to support aircraft structural integrity programs across multiple locations. Engineers in this role will be responsible for planning and organizing structural analysis work at the program level, ensuring compliance with structural integrity and stability requirements. The selected candidates will work with cross-functional teams, customers, and regulatory agencies to define, analyze, and verify the structural characteristics and performance of aerospace products.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize structural analysis work to ensure compliance with stability and integrity requirements
  • Develop, integrate, and document complex structural requirements to establish system design
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to define the product’s operational environment
  • Define and implement finite element models (FEM), simulations, and other analytical methods
  • Guide product design and verify structural integrity using analytical tools
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system and component requirements
  • Work with customers and regulatory agencies to define and approve certification processes
  • Investigate emerging technologies for future product designs
  • Develop analytical tools and processes to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness

Required Skills & Experience

  • Classical hand analysis for primary aircraft structures
  • Finite Element Modeling (FEM) experience
  • Expertise in aircraft stress analysis and structural analysis
  • Integrated design and layout development experience

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Aerospace experience (structures and analytical tools)
  • Experience with primary aircraft structures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Commercial Derivatives – Commercial and/or Military applications
